This glass was developped by Glencairn Crystal in 2001 and become quickly the references glasses for sipping whiskies around the globe. Based on a Sherry Nosing glass (Copita) to enhance the nose and the palate, it was also built to be easily cradled in the hand, to be robust enough for professional use.
It allow the perfect contact ration between the air and the liquid while the large crystal bowl give you th pleasure to see the color of your whisky.
