Shipping & Delivery
We ship across Belgium via Bpost. Every order is packed by hand at the bar in Saint-Gilles.
Delivery options & rates
- Bpost @Home — €12 (VAT included): delivered to your door, anywhere in Belgium.
- Bpost Pick-up point — €10 (VAT included): delivered to the bpost pick-up point of your choice — post office or parcel shop.
- Click & Collect — free: your order is ready the next day at the bar, to collect during opening hours.
Dispatch & tracking
Orders are shipped within 3 working days of payment confirmation. Once your parcel is handed to Bpost, you receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it door to door. Transit times are indicative and depend on Bpost — they are not guaranteed.
Packaging & insurance
Bottles travel in reinforced boxes specifically designed for shipping glass bottles, and every parcel is insured. If your order still arrives damaged, email us at enjoysipping@themodernalchemist.bar within 7 days with a photo of the parcel and its contents — we will replace or refund you in full, as described in our Refunds & Returns policy.
Where we ship
Belgium only for now. International shipping may be added later.
