Arawaks distillery was founded in 1947 by the Vaval family in Cavaillon. Today, Fritz Vaval works the same 20 hectares of Madame Meuze cane, fermented with indigenous yeasts and distilled in a copper column still.
Clairin Vaval 2022 is a direct, unaged expression of Haitian terroir — salty, vegetal, and intensely aromatic, with no barrel maturation to obscure the spirit’s origin.
