Clairin Communal is a blend of clairins from four Haitian producers — Sajous, Vaval, Casimir and Le Rocher — each representing the communes of Cavaillon, Barradères, Pignon and St Michel de l’Attalaye.

Fermented with wild yeast, distilled in small pot stills and bottled at 43 %, it captures the raw, vibrant character of Haitian sugarcane spirit in a single, approachable expression.
