A return to the uncoloured,unaged Calvados of 1942.

In 1942, the Appellation Calvados Pays d’Auge allowed no minimum aging, and most Calvados was consumed uncoloured — known as "La Blanche". Over time, regulations introduced a two-year oak aging requirement. Christian Drouin’s La Blanche Bio revives that original style : unaged, uncoloured, and organic.

Produced from over thirty cider apple varieties, the fruit is harvested by hand, pressed gently, fermented for months, then double distilled in copper stills. The result is a vibrant, fruit-driven eau-de-vie, true to its Normandy roots.
