Del Professore Classico revives the popular style of vermouth as it existed in Italy at the end of the 18th century. The brand is a collaboration between Federico Ricatto, Carlos Quaglia and the Jerry Thomas Speakeasy in Rome — named after the iconic 19th-century bartender known as "The Professor".
Produced at Antica Distilleria Quaglia in the hills between Monferrato and Turin, it is authenticated by the Vermouth di Torino Geographical Indication, guaranteeing its adherence to time-honoured recipes and the use of 100 % Italian wines.
