Koval Four Grain is distilled from a mash bill of oat, malted barley, rye, and wheat — a rare combination in American whiskey, with no corn. The oat drives the signature banana note, while the other grains add depth and spice.
Aged in heavily charred 30-gallon new oak barrels from Minnesota, each bottle is single barrel, organic, and kosher. The smaller barrel size increases wood contact, shaping its creamy, spicy profile.
