How to serve.

Already diluted, already sparkling. All it asks is to stay cold and keep its bubbles.

Fridge, a few hours at least. Cold bubbles last longer.
Open it cold — the hiss is part of the drink.
Pour slowly into a chilled wine glass, tilted, like a good beer.
No garnish needed. Straight from the bottle works too — we won't tell anyone in Spa.

Everyone went looking for El Dorado. It was in Spa.

Explorers spent centuries hunting for El Dorado in the jungles of Guiana. The gold, it turns out, was in the stills. We took two of its rums to Spa — the town whose springs gave their name to every spa on earth — and Golden Springs was born: the first of two sparkling cocktails created with Premium Spirits for Le Salon du Rhum de Spa.

The 3-year-old brings brightness, the 12 brings depth. Plum eau-de-vie adds the orchard; absinthe, used like salt, makes you lean in and ask what that is. Then water, cold, CO2 and a cap. One bottle, one glass, no maths.
