Doorly’s XO uses the cognac category XO — Extra Old — to signal its minimum age of six years. The blend of pot and column still rums is first matured in ex-bourbon casks, then finished in Oloroso sherry barrels.

Produced at Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, it is bottled at 43 % with no added sugar, colour or flavouring. The sherry finish brings a gentle sweetness and dried fruit depth to the classic Bajan profile.
