The Modern Alchemist Mauritius 2010 Moscatel Finish

This Rum has double matured in Mauritius. First in French Oak, adding a dry and nutty nose to it, then a second maturation of around 2,5years in a Moscatel Cask, adding to the rum hints of sweetness, grapefruit, and floral notes. A perfectly balanced rum with a complex flavor and long-lasting finish.
This is one of the first two bottlings we made with our partner 1423.dk & The Nectar Belgium.
