This Neisson Profil 105 was released for the 84th anniversary of the Neisson Carbet distillery. It’s aged 20 months in new oak barrels wich was charred according to the n°105 profile(hence the name). Superbly made, generous and complex, it’s a mix of gourmandizing form aged rhum and the sugarcane freshness from unaged one.
