Absinthe Bovet Le Chat<\/strong><\/h2>\n

“The absinthe of Willy Bovet is made up of 10 aromatic plants, all of which are medicinal plants. Plants such as the grand wormwood (Artemisia absinthium<\/em>, called\u00a0la grande absinthe<\/em>\u00a0in French), the roman wormwood (Artemisia pontica<\/em>\u00a0or la\u00a0petite absinthe<\/em>\u00a0in French), and mint are all either directly grown by Willy Bovet or produced by local farmers.<\/p>\n

After having been cleaned and dried in the traditional method, which consists of drying the plants in bundles in a well-ventilated place, the plants having been previously cut, are ready for maceration which precedes distillation. A still is obviously necessary for the distillation process.
